Korean communications firm SK Telecom has over 1 million smartphone users that have a smartphone running the Android OS. The milestone comes six months after SK Telecom introduced its first Android-based smartphone on the domestic market, the Motoroi, the JoongAng Daily writes. The company has a total of 1.7 million smartphone customers. The company said the most popular Android-based phones are the Galaxy S from Samsung, the Vega from Pantech, and the Desire from HTC.
